Overview of Management Change at Golden Cross Resources Ltd


Golden Cross Resources Ltd (ASX: $GCR) has announced the departure of Mr. Bret Ferris from the roles of Acting CEO and Exploration Manager, effective as of the close of business today. Mr. Ferris will continue to provide geological services to the Company on a consulting basis. The Board expressed gratitude for Mr. Ferris's contributions, particularly in the significant upgrade of the Mineral Resource Estimate for the Company's flagship copper-gold project, Copper Hill, in the Lachlan Fold Belt in New South Wales, as announced on September 6, 2022.

Executive Commentary on Management Change


The Company advises that Mr. Bret Ferris has stepped back from the roles of Acting CEO and Exploration Manager effective today at close of business. He continues to be available for geological services for the Company on a consulting basis. The Board thank Bret for his valuable contributions during his term of office and in particular in continuously improving and the significant upgrade of the Mineral Resource Estimate in September 2022 of the Company's 100% owned flagship copper-gold project Copper Hill in the Lachlan Fold Belt in New South Wales. - Jordan Li, Executive Chairman
