Hot Chili's voluntary suspension from ASX trading
Hot Chili Limited (ASX: $HCH) has requested a voluntary suspension of its quoted securities from the commencement of trading on Friday, 3 May 2024. The suspension is pending an announcement concerning the results of a capital raising which was announced on Wednesday, 1 May 2024.
Executive Commentary on Voluntary Suspension
The voluntary suspension of Hot Chili's quoted securities is necessary to prevent trading on an uninformed basis, pending the release of the results of the capital raising. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted nor any other information to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
