Inoviq's Request for Trading Halt
Inoviq Limited (ASX: $IIQ) has requested a trading halt from ASX in relation to a proposed capital raising. The trading halt will remain in place until the company releases an announcement regarding the capital raising or until the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 12 June 2024.
Executive Commentary on Trading Halt Request
The Company requests the trading halt to facilitate the announcement of a proposed capital raising. We anticipate that the trading halt will cease upon making the announcement. We are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, and there is no further information to be disclosed at this time.
