Trading Halt Request by Ionic Rare Earths Limited (ASX: $IXR)
Ionic Rare Earths Limited (ASX: $IXR) has requested a trading halt in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising. The halt is necessary for finalizing the details of the capital raising. The securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 26 April 2024, or the release of the announcement.
Company Secretary's Request for Trading Halt
The Company Secretary, Mark Licciardo, has requested the trading halt in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, to enable the Company to finalize details of the proposed capital raising. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
