Kalamazoo Resources voluntary suspension request


Kalamazoo Resources Limited (ASX: $KZR) has requested a voluntary suspension of its securities pending its application for court orders, including the appointment of the Company's auditor. The voluntary suspension is expected to remain in place until the release of an announcement in respect of the matter, which is anticipated to be made not later than prior to the commencement of trading on Thursday, 7 March 2024.

Executive Commentary


The Company has requested a voluntary suspension to facilitate the application for court orders, including the appointment of the Company's auditor. This decision has been authorized by the Board of Directors. We anticipate releasing an announcement regarding this matter as soon as possible and not later than prior to the commencement of trading on Thursday, 7 March 2024. The application to the court is not considered price sensitive, and the Company is not aware of any reason this voluntary suspension request should not be granted or any other information to inform the market about the voluntary suspension. - Carly Terzanidis, Company Secretary
