Labyrinth Resources extends settlement date for Gold Project sale
Labyrinth Resources Limited (ASX: $LRL) has extended the settlement date for the sale of the Labyrinth and Denain Projects to Gold Projects WA Pty Ltd (GPWA) to March 29, 2024. The sale, initially scheduled for February 29, 2024, is still pending finalization of key conditions and associated legal documentation.
Labyrinth Resources' Executive Commentary on Gold Project Sale
The parties involved in the Sale and Purchase Agreement are diligently working on completing the final elements of the key conditions and the associated legal documentation. We have mutually agreed with GPWA to extend the settlement date to March 29, 2024, to ensure that this process is thoroughly finalized. We appreciate the ongoing support and understanding of our stakeholders during this period.

Labyrinth Resources (ASX: $LRL) has announced the extension of the settlement date for the sale of the Labyrinth and Denain Projects to GPWA to March 29, 2024.
