Lincoln Minerals Limited (ASX: $LML) has requested a trading halt for its ordinary shares on Tuesday 23 April 2024. The halt is pending an announcement related to a capital raising and is expected to remain in place until the earlier of the announcement or the commencement of normal trading on Friday 26 April 2024.
Company Secretary's Request for Trading Halt
Lincoln Minerals Limited (ASX: $LML) has requested a trading halt pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1. The halt is sought in anticipation of an announcement regarding a capital raising. The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
