Lord Resources Limited (ASX:LRD) has announced the identification of four high priority Lithium-Caesium-Tantalum (LCT) anomalies at the Jingjing project in Western Australia. The anomalies were revealed through regional scale soil sampling, indicating the potential presence of mineralised pegmatites under cover. The project is strategically located within the Coolgardie-Norseman Lithium Super-Province, positioned between the Buldania Lithium Deposit (Liontown Resources ASX:LTR) and the operational Bald Hill Lithium Mine (Mineral Resources ASX:MIN).
The Managing Director, Barnaby Egerton-Warburton, expressed the company's encouragement with the initial exploration results at the Jingjing project. The identification of LCT anomalism marks a significant step towards uncovering potential mineralisation obscured under cover at the Jingjing Project. The technical team will continue to investigate the source of these anomalies.
Lord Resources' regional scale soil sampling program at the Jingjing Project has successfully identified four robust LCT anomalies, indicating the potential for mineralised pegmatites under cover. The next steps involve a detailed evaluation of the dataset and infill soil sampling of the highest priority anomalies to assist with drill targeting. The project's strategic location within the Coolgardie-Norseman Lithium Super-Province positions it favorably for further exploration and potential mineral resource development. Lord Resources remains committed to advancing its exploration efforts and unlocking the full potential of the Jingjing Project.
