Lotus Resources trading halt request details

Lotus Resources Limited (ASX:LOT) has requested a trading halt for the trading of the Company's securities pending an announcement regarding a material agreement involving offtake and funding. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 4 September 2024 or an announcement in relation to the above. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
