Maronan Metals trading halt request for capital raising announcement
Maronan Metals Limited (ASX: $MMA) has requested a trading halt in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising. The trading halt is anticipated to be in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Thursday, 16 May 2024, or the release of the announcement by the Company.
Company Secretary's Request For Trading Halt
The Company Secretary, lan Gebbie, on behalf of the Board of Maronan Metals Limited, has requested a trading halt in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1. The trading halt is sought in anticipation of the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information relevant to this request.
