Memphasys Limited (ASX:MEM) trading halt request details
Memphasys Limited (ASX:MEM) has requested a trading halt, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, to facilitate an orderly market in connection with an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising. The trading halt is expected to commence from the start of trading on Monday, 9 September 2024, and is anticipated to last until the announcement is made to the ASX before the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 11 September 2024. Dr. David Ali, the Managing Director and CEO of Memphasys Limited, has approved this request.
Memphasys Limited (ASX:MEM) executive commentary on trading halt request
The trading halt has been requested to ensure an orderly market while the company prepares to make an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising. We anticipate that the trading halt will be lifted upon the release of the announcement to the ASX before the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 11 September 2024.
