Metal Bank Limited (ASX: $MBK) has released the results from recent diamond drilling completed at its Millennium Project in northwest QLD. The drilling targeted a resource extension in the central zone and conceptual testing of the Fountain Range-Quamby Fault Zone. The results include significant high grade graphite intervals adjacent to the existing Co-Cu-Au mineral resource of 8.4Mt @ 1.23% CuEq.
The company is pleased to confirm high grade graphite results supporting visual observations of significant graphite in drilling at Millennium. We are encouraged by the potential for a graphite resource to unlock additional project value. The project has attracted growing corporate interest, leading to the establishment of a data room. We also continue our focus on priority activities in Jordan and Saudi Arabia. We look forward to providing further updates on this strategy over the coming weeks.
