Metrics Master Income Trust (ASX: $MXT) has successfully completed a wholesale investor placement, raising $47,500,000 through the issuance of 23,750,000 new ordinary fully paid units at a price of $2.00 per unit. The placement was conducted under ASX Listing Rule 7.1, and no securityholder approval was required for the issue of the new units. Settlement of the placement is scheduled for Tuesday, 2 April 2024, with the issue of the new units and their ASX quotation to occur on Thursday, 4 April 2024 and Friday, 5 April 2024, respectively.
