MMA Offshore (ASX: $MRM) requests trading halt for scheme of arrangement update

MMA Offshore (ASX: $MRM) Trading Halt Request
MMA Offshore Limited (ASX: $MRM) has requested a trading halt to provide an update in relation to the Scheme of Arrangement between the Company and Cyan MMA Holdings Pty Ltd. The trading halt is expected to remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing information regarding the update or prior to the commencement of trading on 20 June 2024.
MMA Offshore's Trading Halt Request Details
The Company has requested the trading halt to ensure that the market is informed about the upcoming update related to the Scheme of Arrangement. The Company expects to make the announcement before the commencement of normal trading on 20 June 2024. MMA Offshore Limited is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and has no other information to inform the market about the trading halt.
