Namoi Cotton takeover bid extension announcement
Namoi Cotton Limited (ASX: $NAM) has announced the extension of the closing date for the off-market takeover offer by Louis Dreyfus Company Melbourne Holdings Pty Ltd (LDC). The offer period has been extended to 7:00 pm (Sydney time) on 19 July 2024, as communicated in the notice lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
