NAE initiates trading halt
New Age Exploration (ASX:NAE) has requested a trading halt on its securities in anticipation of a significant capital raising announcement. This halt is in line with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 and is expected to remain in place until the announcement is made or normal trading resumes on Wednesday, 23 October 2024.
NAE trading halt and future plans
New Age Exploration has requested a trading halt to manage its continuous disclosure obligations regarding a material capital raising. The company plans to release the relevant announcement before normal trading on 23 October 2024. The halt complies with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 and will help ensure that the market is properly informed.
