NextDC's Trading Halt Request
NextDC Limited (ASX: $NXT) has requested a trading halt for its ordinary shares under Listing Rule 17.1. The halt is pending an announcement related to an equity raising through an accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer of new fully paid ordinary shares. The trading halt will continue until the completion of the institutional component of the Entitlement Offer or the open of trading on Monday, 15 April 2024.
