Oar Resources trading halt request details
Oar Resources Limited (ASX: $OAR) has requested a trading halt of its securities pending an announcement related to a capital raising to be managed by CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd. The trading halt will be in place until the commencement of trading on Friday, 5 April 2024, unless the Company releases the announcement before that time. The Company's Company Secretary, Yugi Gouw, provided the request for the trading halt and stated that the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
