Odessa Minerals requests trading halt for capital raise
Odessa Minerals Limited (ASX:ODE) has requested a trading halt for its ordinary shares from the commencement of trading on Thursday, 26 September 2024. The halt is sought for the purpose of considering, planning, and executing a capital raise. The trading halt is expected to remain in place until the earlier of the company releasing an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raise or the commencement of trading on Monday, 30 September 2024.
Executive Commentary on Trading Halt Request
The Company Secretary of Odessa Minerals Limited, Robbie Featherby, has stated that the trading halt is being sought for the purpose of considering, planning, and executing a capital raise. The company expects the trading halt to end by the release of the announcement related to the capital raise. Odessa Minerals Limited is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
