Trading Halt Request by Omni Bridgeway Limited (ASX: $OBL)


Omni Bridgeway Limited (ASX: $OBL) has requested an immediate trading halt of its securities in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1. The trading halt is pending an application to the Supreme Court of Western Australia by the company seeking orders relating to the appointment of the company's auditor. The company has requested that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of its application being heard and determined by the Court or the commencement of trade on 11 April 2024. The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
