Ophir Asset Management (ASX: $OPH) has announced that the Ophir High Conviction Fund will pay an estimated distribution of $0.06 per unit for the year ended 30 June 2024. The final distribution is expected to be calculated and announced to unitholders in mid July 2024.

Executive Commentary on Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP)

We recently announced changes to the DRP as per our ASX announcement released on 13 May 2024. The DRP will consider the relationship between the prevailing market price of OPH units and the Net Asset Value (NAV) in setting the unit price at the time the final distribution is invested. The DRP is available to all OPH unitholders on the register as at the Record Date of 1 July 2024. The DRP allows unitholders to reinvest their distribution into new units in the Fund.
