Opyl Limited requests voluntary suspension
Opyl Limited (ASX: $OPL) has requested a voluntary suspension of its securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.2. The suspension is in connection with the receipt of a non-binding offer to acquire the Opin business from the Company. The voluntary suspension will be effective immediately and will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday 26 March 2024, or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the non-binding offer.
Executive Commentary
The Company has requested the voluntary suspension to facilitate the release of an announcement regarding a non-binding offer to acquire the Opin business. The Board of Opyl Limited has authorized this request. We are committed to keeping the market informed and will provide further updates as soon as possible.
