Orcoda Limited (ASX: $ODA) Announcement Overview


Orcoda Limited (ASX: $ODA) has announced that its subsidiary, Orcoda Healthcare and Transport Logistics Pty Ltd, has secured several Software-as-a-Services (SaaS) contracts with community transport providers across Australia. The contracts have an initial three-year term, commencing on 1 July 2024, and are expected to contribute approximately $330k in incremental revenue to Orcoda.

We are delighted that Orcoda is being promoted as one of the preferred community transport software providers in the ACTA Trial. Since 2018, we have made considerable investments to tailor and develop our transport optimization and booking system for the Australian community transport sector. Through continuous development and refinement, I strongly believe our Community Transport software provides an industry-leading digital solution that is well supported by our locally based development and customer success teams. I am optimistic that we can secure further contracts from other community transport providers around Australia as the digital transformation trend accelerates in the industry.
