Perpetual Resources Limited (ASX: $PEC) has requested a trading halt from ASX effective immediately, pending an announcement regarding a proposed material acquisition. The trading halt is expected to last until the release of the announcement, no later than the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 15 May 2024.

Perpetual Resources Limited has requested a trading halt from ASX in accordance with listing rule 17.1, pending an announcement regarding a proposed material acquisition. The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt. The request has been authorized for release by the board of directors of Perpetual, as confirmed by Nicholas Katris, the Company Secretary of Perpetual Resources Limited.
