Perseus Mining Limited (ASX: $PRU) has fulfilled the defeating condition to its off-market takeover bid for OreCorp Limited (ASX: $ORR) as declared in the notice dated 18 March 2024. The potential breach of the no regulatory action condition no longer applies to the offer, making it free of that condition.

The potential breach of the no regulatory action condition no longer applies to the offer, and Perseus is not currently aware of any other occurrence that would cause the condition to be breached.
