Pilot Energy Limited (ASX: $PGY) has requested a voluntary suspension from ASX trading under Listing Rule 17.2. The suspension is to facilitate the execution of a capital raising managed by Whairo Capital Pty Ltd. The company anticipates the suspension to continue until the announcement regarding the capital raising or the commencement of trading on Monday, 17 June 2024.
