PointsBet Holdings Limited (ASX: $PBH) has confirmed the Second Capital Return of A$127 million, equivalent to A$0.39 per share, following the approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 29 August 2023. The Board's decision is based on ensuring sufficient capital for the Company's ongoing operational and strategic plans.
