Qoria Limited requests trading halt for potential strategic acquisition

Qoria Limited (ASX:QOR) has requested a trading halt from ASX as it prepares to make an announcement regarding a potential strategic acquisition and associated capital raising. The trading halt will be in effect until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 30 September 2024, or when the announcement is released to the market. The request has been authorized by the Board and the Company Secretary, Kefounty Kate Sainty, has confirmed that the company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

Qoria Limited's request for trading halt

The Company has requested the trading halt in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 as it prepares to disclose information related to a potential strategic acquisition and the associated capital raising. The request has been authorized by the Board, and the Company Secretary, Kefounty Kate Sainty, has confirmed that the company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
