Reedy Lagoon Corporation Limited (ASX: $RLC) has received and reviewed results from processing and interpretation of detailed magnetic data at its 100% owned Burracoppin Gold Project in Western Australia. The magnetic data enhances the understanding of geological features, aiding in targeting sites of gold mineralisation. The project is located in the central Wheatbelt of Western Australia, roughly midway between Perth and Kalgoorlie on the Great Eastern Highway, Route 94.
The interpretation of the new high-quality magnetic data has led to the upgrading of existing gold targets and the identification of new prospective areas at the Lady Janet, Windmills, Shear Luck, and Zebra prospects. The magnetic data, acquired through unmanned airborne vehicle surveys, provides valuable insights into the structural features and potential mineralisation zones, guiding further exploration and soil sampling to investigate interpreted structures not previously recognized.
Reedy Lagoon Corporation Limited's magnetic data interpretation has significantly enhanced the understanding of the Burracoppin Gold Project's geological features, particularly at the Lady Janet, Windmills, Shear Luck, and Zebra prospects. The identification of flexures, segmented magnetic ridges, and prospective structures has upgraded existing gold targets and unveiled new potential areas for exploration. The company plans to conduct additional assay, including multi-element, and further systematic soil sampling to investigate the newly interpreted targets and aid in targeting gold-bearing mineralised systems for drill testing.
