Riversgold (ASX: $RGL) announces new copper target at Tambourah Project

Riversgold Limited (ASX: $RGL) has announced the identification of a new high-grade volcanic massive sulphide (VMS) copper target at the Tambourah Project, located 160 km southeast of Port Hedland in Western Australia. Historical drilling by Hawkstone Minerals during 1970-71 intersected copper up to 1.1% over 30.5 meters, with rock chip results returning up to 13.8% copper. The company has also highlighted copper anomalism over a 12km strike length through geochemical sampling. Riversgold plans to validate the historical rock chip results and continue exploration on the ground from the end of next week.
