Rox Resources Limited requests trading halt for capital raising announcement
Rox Resources Limited (ASX: $RXL) has requested an immediate trading halt on its securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising by way of an Entitlements Issue. The trading halt is expected to remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 26 April 2024 or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.
Company Secretary's Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Rox Resources Limited (ASX: $RXL) has requested an immediate trading halt on its securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising by way of an Entitlements Issue. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information relevant to this request. This request has been authorised for release to the ASX by the Company's Board of Directors.

Rox Resources Limited (ASX: $RXL) has requested a trading halt for its securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising through an Entitlements Issue.
