Sabre Resources Ltd (ASX: $SBR) has announced the successful identification of three 'Andover look-alike' lithium targets at Andover East through detailed drone magnetics surveying. The targets are located 30km east of the Andover lithium discovery in WA's northwest Pilbara. The company plans to conduct detailed gravity surveys to locate potential lithium-pegmatite and gold targets before commencing aircore drilling across the identified areas.
The CEO of Sabre Resources, Jon Dugdale, stated, 'The drone magnetics at Andover East has been successful in highlighting key northeast-trending fault structures and magnetic lows, analogous to the Andover lithium-bearing pegmatites. Once the tenements are granted, we will immediately commence detailed gravity surveys followed by aircore drilling to test bedrock for the lithium-bearing pegmatites in this highly prospective unexplored area.'
Sabre Resources Ltd (ASX: $SBR) has identified three 'Andover look-alike' lithium-pegmatite targets at Andover East through drone magnetics surveying. The company plans to conduct detailed gravity surveys to locate potential lithium-pegmatite and gold targets before commencing aircore drilling across the identified areas. The targets are located in geological settings analogous to the nearby Andover lithium discovery. Sabre Resources aims to finalize access agreements for the tenements and proceed with the planned surveys and drilling to further explore the highly prospective area. The company also intends to carry out drone magnetics over its uranium tenements in the Northern Territory to define targets within the interpreted highly prospective Mt Eclipse Sandstone. Sabre Resources remains focused on the exploration and development of its portfolio of nickel sulphide, lithium, gold assets in Western Australia, and uranium-vanadium prospects in the Northern Territory.
