Sequoia Financial Group (ASX: $SEQ) Notice of Section 203D
Sequoia Financial Group Limited (ASX: $SEQ) has received a notice under section 203D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) from Cojones Pty Ltd and others, who together hold at least 5% of the votes, intending to move resolutions at a general meeting to remove Mr Garry Crole and Mr Kevin Pattison as Directors of the Company. The Company will review the materials provided and keep shareholders updated.
