Sierra Nevada Gold Inc (ASX: $SNX) has requested the immediate suspension of its CDIs (ASX: $SNX) from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under Listing Rule 17.2. The voluntary suspension is sought pending the release of an announcement related to a capital raising, as indicated in the Company's letter dated 27 May 2024.

The voluntary suspension is deemed necessary to facilitate the Company in fulfilling its continuous disclosure obligations, with an impending announcement expected to be made to the market concerning the stated purpose. Sierra Nevada Gold Inc (ASX: $SNX) has requested that the voluntary suspension remains effective until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 30 May 2024 or the release of the announcement regarding the capital raising.
