Silvercorp Metals Inc. (ASX: $ORR) takeover bid extension


Silvercorp Metals Inc. (ASX: $ORR) has extended its off-market takeover bid for all ordinary shares in OreCorp Limited (ASX: $ORR) until 7:00pm (Sydney time) on March 22, 2024. The extension was made in accordance with section 650D(1) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
