Stellar Resources (ASX:SRZ) has made substantial advancements in its drilling program at the Heemskirk Tin Project in Tasmania. The company is focused on upgrading inferred resources to indicated at the Queen Hill deposit. Recent results from drillhole ZQ170 revealed multiple high-grade tin zones, wider and higher grade than previously recorded. This includes a significant 17.0-meter intersection at 1.79% Sn from 203.8 meters. The program is part of a prefeasibility study to move the project towards development.
Stellar Resources is progressing with its drilling activities at the Heemskirk Tin Project, aiming to enhance resource confidence and expand the mineral resource. With 9 out of 24 planned holes completed, and further drilling ongoing, the company is well on its way to achieving its strategic goals. The drilling results will feed into the Prefeasibility Study, which is supported by metallurgical testing and environmental studies. The project, recognized as Australia's highest-grade undeveloped tin resource, holds significant potential for expansion, and the company's efforts are directed towards unlocking this value.
