Strickland Metals Limited (ASX: $STK) has identified a new 750-meter primary mineralised structure at Dusk til Dawn, offering potential to add significant ounces to the existing mineral resource base. The structure, located west of the existing Dusk til Dawn mineral resource, remains open down dip and down plunge, with the potential for multiple stacked and parallel mineralised lodes. Follow-up RC drilling is planned as part of the larger drill program across the Horse Well project area.
As announced to the market, the aircore program successfully defined a coherent 750m target corridor at Dusk til Dawn. The results highlight the tremendous potential of the Yandal gold project, with the mineralisation over 20km away from the bulk of the drilling at Horse Well. The greenstone belt remains virtually unexplored, and the company is optimistic about the opportunities presented by the newly identified mineralised structure. RC drilling has also recommenced at Rabbit Well, focusing on mapping the geological and alteration model to pinpoint the primary source of previously intersected oxide base metal mineralisation.
