Sunstone Metals (ASX:STM) Trading Halt Request
Sunstone Metals Ltd (ASX:STM) has requested a trading halt for its securities, effective immediately, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1. The halt is pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising and is expected to last until the earlier of the company releasing an announcement or the commencement of trade on Monday, 9 September 2024.

The Company Secretary, Lucas Welsh, confirmed that Sunstone Metals Ltd has requested the trading halt in relation to a proposed capital raising. The company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and has no other information to inform the market about the trading halt.
