Sunstone Metals Ltd (ASX:STM) has requested a trading halt for its securities, effective immediately, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1. The halt is pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising and is expected to last until the earlier of the company releasing an announcement or the commencement of trade on Monday, 9 September 2024.

The Company Secretary, Lucas Welsh, confirmed that Sunstone Metals Ltd has requested the trading halt in relation to a proposed capital raising.
