Technology Metals Australia Limited (ASX: $TMT) has announced that its shareholders have approved the Scheme of Arrangement, allowing Australian Vanadium Limited (AVL) to acquire 100% of the TMT shares. The Second Court Hearing is set to take place at 9.30am (AWST) on Friday, 19 January 2024.
The resolution to approve the Scheme and the Amending Resolution have been successfully passed by the TMT shareholders at the Scheme meeting. The Company is now focused on seeking approval of the Scheme by the Court at the Second Court Hearing scheduled for 19 January 2024. If approved, the Scheme is expected to become effective on 1 February 2024, subject to certain conditions precedent.
Technology Metals Australia Limited has received approval from its shareholders for the Scheme of Arrangement, enabling AVL to acquire all TMT shares.
