TerraCom is actively working with Wintime Energy to develop the Moorlands Thermal Coal Project, aiming for first coal production by June 2026. With a joint steering committee and Project Development Manager in place, the company is fast-tracking necessary approvals and planning. TerraCom is also developing Blair Athol as a central hub for infrastructure, processing, and logistics. Further updates are expected by Quarter 3 of FY2025 as they complete project documentation. TerraCom continues to leverage its low-cost production and diverse asset portfolio in Australia and South Africa to strengthen its market position.
Since executing the Cooperation Agreement, TerraCom and Wintime have made significant progress. We are focused on preparing definitive project documentation and negotiating commercial principles. Blair Athol is being developed as a key infrastructure and logistics site for the project.
