Vertex Minerals (ASX: $VTX) Entitlement Issue Extension
Vertex Minerals Ltd (ASX: $VTX) has extended the closing date for its entitlement issue as per the Entitlement Issue Prospectus dated 25 March 2024. The closing date for the offers has been extended from 5:00 pm (WST) on 17 April 2024 until 5:00 pm (WST) on 1 May 2024.
Chairman's Commentary on Entitlement Issue Extension
The Company's Chairman, Roger Jackson, stated, 'The Company is aware that some shareholders are yet to receive their Entitlement and Acceptance forms, which were despatched on or before 5 April 2024. Having regard to this, the Board has resolved to extend the Offer timetable to allow shareholders additional time to consider and participate in the Offer.'
