Viridis Mining and Minerals trading halt request
Viridis Mining and Minerals Limited (ASX:VMM) has requested a trading halt under ASX Listing Rule 17.1, effective immediately. The trading halt is pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding a capital raising. The Company anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday, 14 October 2024, or the making of an announcement in respect to the capital raising.
