Viridis Mining and Minerals (ASX: $VMM) trading halt request
Viridis Mining and Minerals Limited (ASX: $VMM) has requested a trading halt under ASX Listing Rule 17.1, effective immediately. The trading halt is pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding a capital raising. The Company anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday, 5 February 2024, or the making of an announcement in respect to the capital raising.
