Vitura Health Limited announcement overview


Vitura Health Limited (ASX: $VIT) has announced that Code4 Cannabis Pty Ltd (C4C) will not extend the Services Agreement for the CanView platform software beyond its expiry date of 10 August 2024. Vitura has raised concerns with C4C's conduct and will continue as the exclusive licensee of the Software until 10 November 2025, exercising its right under the Services Agreement to enact a 15-month transitional period from 10 August 2024.

Vitura has notified that C4C does not intend to extend the Services Agreement for the CanView platform software. The Company will assess its options, including implementing alternate software or exercising its option to acquire C4C. Additionally, C4C will be prohibited from licensing the Software to any third party for a further 12 months following the end of the transitional period.
