Vitura Health update on Services Agreement with Code4 Cannabis


Vitura Health Limited (ASX: $VIT) has provided an update on its Services Agreement with Code4 Cannabis Pty. Ltd. (C4C). Vitura's wholly-owned subsidiary, Canview Pty. Ltd., has successfully obtained an injunction restraining C4C from acting on its 'Notice of termination of Services Agreement'. This development follows the announcement dated Tuesday, 23 April 2024, and the subsequent consent by C4C to the orders made by Justice Kelly in the Supreme Court of Queensland. As a result, C4C is prohibited from disabling Canview's access to the Software until the proceedings are determined or until further order. Vitura has affirmed its commitment to keeping the market informed in line with its continuous disclosure arrangements.

Executive Commentary on the Services Agreement update


The Company is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Canview Pty. Ltd., has been successful in obtaining an injunction restraining Code4 Cannabis Pty. Ltd. from terminating the Services Agreement.
