Volt Resources Limited (ASX: $VRC) has made significant progress in its downstream business activities by submitting a Concept Paper to the US Department of Energy (DOE) for a grant proposal exceeding US$100 million. The proposal aims to fast-track the design, construction, and commissioning of a planned 10,250 tpa integrated natural graphite anode powder plant located in the US. Volt has also obtained Letters of Support for the Purchase of over 9,000 tpa of Anode Powder from leading battery producers. The Full Proposals are due in March 2024, with the DOE expecting to announce successful applicants by August 2024.
