WA Kaolin Limited (ASX: $WAK) has requested a trading halt in its securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising. The trading halt is expected to be lifted before the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 1 May 2024.
Company's Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, WA Kaolin Limited (ASX: $WAK) has requested the granting of a trading halt in its securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising. The trading halt is anticipated to be lifted before the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 1 May 2024. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt. This announcement was authorised for market release by the Board of WA Kaolin Limited.
