Western Mines Group Ltd (ASX: $WMG) has requested a trading halt for its securities pending the announcement of a capital raising. The halt will remain in place until the earlier of the capital raise announcement or the commencement of trading on Monday, 24 June 2024.

The Company requests its securities be placed in a trading halt pending announcement of a capital raising. The trading halt will be in place until the earlier of an announcement detailing the capital raise or the commencement of trading on Monday, 24 June 2024. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt. This announcement has been authorised for release by Dr Caedmon Marriott, Managing Director.
