Yojee announces executive team changes


Yojee Limited (ASX: $YOJ) has announced changes to its executive team, including the promotion of Mark Connell as CEO and Director, the appointment of Shane D'Aprile as Chief Revenue Officer, the transition of Darren Palfrey to a consulting role, and the engagement of George Barnett to advise the Board.

Executive commentary on new appointments


Yojee Chair Shannon Robinson expressed pleasure in announcing the strategic appointments and transitions within the executive leadership team. Mark Connell's promotion to CEO and Director, effective immediately, is expected to leverage his 30 years of experience in logistics and technology industries to drive Yojee's strategy of commercializing its transport management solution in Asia Pacific. Shane D'Aprile's appointment as Chief Revenue Officer, effective 1 July 2024, is aimed at expanding commercial opportunities with global customers in Asia Pacific and growing Yojee's presence in Australia and New Zealand. The transition of Darren Palfrey to a consulting role and the engagement of George Barnett to advise the Board are seen as critical moves for the company's next phase.
