Zeus Resources Limited (ASX: $ZEU) suspension update
Zeus Resources Limited (ASX: $ZEU) has been suspended from quotation on 27 May 2024 under Listing Rule 17.2 due to insufficient directors to comply with section 201A(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). The company has failed to adequately respond to ASX queries, resulting in the continuation of the suspension until compliance is met.
ASX Compliance Announcement
The securities of Zeus Resources Limited ('ZEU') have been suspended from quotation due to the company's failure to meet the requirements set out in Listing Rule 17.2 and section 201A(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
